The protection and security of your personal data is an important concern to us. 2. Personal data (data collected)
When you visit our website, personal data is collected to the technically necessary extent. This includes:
name of the file retrieved

This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not combined with data from other sources.
We also collect personal data if you provide it to us voluntarily, for example:

3. Data deletion
Your data will be deleted once the respective purpose has been fulfilled and there is no statutory obligation to retain it.
As a rule, deletion takes place after seven years pursuant to § 132 BAO. Statutory retention obligations or contractual obligations (e.g. arising from warranty or damages) may require longer storage.
4. Use of cookies
Our website currently does not use any cookies that store personal data or are employed for analytics or marketing purposes. Should cookies become technically necessary in the future (e.g. for login functions or shopping carts), we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, where required, obtain your consent.
5. Newsletter (Brevo)
If you register for our newsletter and provide your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we process your name and e-mail address solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

6. Ticket sales via cooperation partners
Pay-as-you-can
The standard prices are: €25 / €20 / €15
Anyone who is able and willing to support TEATA can pay the patron’s price of €35 per ticket.
In addition, TEATA offers a reduced-price category to ensure that projects and performances remain accessible to as wide an audience as possible: Reduced category €10
The reduced €10 tickets are available to anyone for whom the standard ticket prices are unaffordable or difficult to afford. Possible groups include, for example: single parents, jobseekers, those on social security, asylum seekers, students, pensioners and people on low incomes. Visitors decide for themselves whether they wish to take advantage of the reduced-price category; allocation is at the theatre’s discretion.
Any special terms and conditions are agreed on an individual basis at the time of booking. The one-off or repeated granting of special terms and conditions does not create an entitlement to such terms for future bookings.
Pre-booked tickets that have not been collected by 30 minutes before the start of the performance may be sold to other people if there is sufficient demand.
By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to abide by the house rules. Payment for tickets is made at the box office in cash, by debit card or by credit card. TEATA reserves the right to set a minimum amount below which payment by credit card will not be accepted.
Tickets can also be purchased online at www.teata.at. Tickets can be reserved by calling +43 /1/586 52 22 or by emailing tickets@teata.at. Please note that, in accordance with Section 18(1)(10) of the FAGG, there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts for services relating to leisure activities where a specific date or period is stipulated for the performance of the contract. This applies in particular to tickets for performances and other time-specific events.
The personal data required for the online ticketing system (TIXLY), such as your name or email address, will not be passed on to third parties. We use your email address solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations, e.g. to inform you of any changes to performances.
For our event at the Nestroyhof Hamakom Theatre, tickets are sold exclusively via our partner’s ticketing system. The collection and processing of your data in connection with the ticket purchase is carried out directly by the relevant partner.
The partner is solely responsible under data protection law for this data processing.

7. Social plugins
Our website may contain plugins from Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo and other platforms. When visiting a page containing such a plugin, a connection to the servers of the respective provider is automatically established. We have no influence over which data these providers collect or how they use it. Please consult the privacy policies of the respective platforms.
8. SSL encryption
This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
